Shipping & Returns

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for books and bookbags and $5 for paper Polaroid cameras and notebooks. For orders with multiple kinds of products, the flat rate is $10. We do offer free or discounted shipping for the following:

Free shipping for orders over $50
$3 delivery within Calgary
Free pickup from Rabbit's Helm Press HQ in NE Calgary

Return & Exchange Policy

Rabbit's Helm Press is happy to take returns for a full refund or exchanges on any of our products, provided that the products are undamaged. Customers must initiate this process within one week of delivery by emailing rabbitshelmpress@gmail.com

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping, unless the products arrived to the customer damaged. In this case, photographic proof is required, and then Rabbit's Helm Press will refund or replace the items according to the customer's preference.
